A great experience. Venue was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and polite. Food and beverages were yummy as always. With a drivethrough service available; what is not to like about Zarraffa's? I would highly recommend.
Ordered an open club along with 2 coffees and received a poorly constructed stale piece of bread with a smattering of dry chicken. Considering I paid for what was supposed to have diced bacon, mayo, chives, cheese, and roast chicken, this pales in comparison. The coffees were fine though.
Great place for a coffee or one of the sweet treat iced drinks (fav is the mocha fusion with or without cream). Good range of food but most pre-prepared and then heated and served when ordered. Great service.
Walked in and the place was a mess! Floors dirty, all the tables dirty. Waited 20 mins for 2 coffees and a ciabatta when we were the only person in the store. One of the coffees was made completely wrong and had to get remade. No one called out when our order was ready and when I stood up there trying to get someone’s attention to let them know our order was wrong, I had multiple staff members glance at me, but no one even acknowledged me. Average coffee, average food, dirty restaurant and very poor customer service. Will continue to go to the Zaraffas near the hospital as it is far better and they also offer free upsize for defence.

The range of food and beverages is great with many different types of coffee drinks, non-caffinated, hot and cold. The food range includes sweet and savoury, healthy and healthy for the soul.
The coffee beans are sustainably sourced and the company gives back to the growers and their communities.
The shop is always clean and pleasant to visit, drive through is a breeze. Whether dropping for breakfast, lunch or a snack, this place has you covered. And did I mention awesome coffee?!?
Great service line moves at a good pace. Iced lattes done to perfection & stirred properly. Really nice coffee.
